The MA1N STREET M1LE offers a 1-mile, USATF Sanctioned, Family Fun Run/Walk at 9 am, along with a Women's Competitive heat at 9:30 am and a Men's Competitive Heat at 9:45 am. All heats are timed. The MA1N STREET M1lE is for all fitness levels, which means it's a great event for everyone!!!!
The MA1N STREET M1LE features a Finish Line Expo in the Parking Lot of the St. Paul's Episcopal Day School and Church (40th & Main Street). Here you will find your race results, food & drinks, tons of prizes, booths of local businesses, children's activities including the Mini Mile, and much more! The objective of the MA1N STREET M1LE is to raise awareness of the changing face of Kansas City's Main Street. This race is organized through the Main Street Corridor Development Corporation (MainCor) and the Main Street Community Improvement District; two not-for-profits dedicated to improving the Main Street Corridor

The Main Street Mile will begin at Linwood & Main, with a southward course to just beyond the corner of 40th & Main.

9 am - Family Fun Run/Walk
9:30 am - Women's Competitive Heat (all fitness levels allowed)
9:45 am - Men's Competitve Heat (all fitness levels allowed)

Adults (15 & Up):
$20 through April 18
$25 through May 6th
$30 on Race Day
Child (6 to 14):
Timed Child - $15 March 18th - May 8th
Not Timed Child - $10 March 18th - May 8th
5 & Under are Free but they must be registered. T-shirt available for $3.

Mail In/Drop Off Registration:
Click here to print registration form. Please mail with check, no later than Monday, May 3rd, 2011. From May 3rd to May 6th, you can drop your registration form with check to: MainCor, 3215 Main, Ste. 200, KCMO 64111. Please note, you must sign your registration form!!!
The MainCor office is on the Southeast corner of Main & Linwood. Please enter at the double, glass doors on the southside of the building. Call 816-753-3820 if you have further questions.

Safety
No headsets, roller blades, baby strollers/joggers, scooters, dogs or skates are allowed during the 1-mile run.
